Key Responsibilities
As a Flight Operation Officer, you will play a critical role in the safety and efficiency of our network. Your primary duties will include:
* Compiling and preparing all necessary data and regulatory information required for aircraft dispatch.
* Performing detailed flight analysis to ensure safety standards are met before filing ATC Flight Plans.
* Managing crew scheduling to ensure all personnel are informed and confirmed prior to flight commencement.
* Supervising ground handling agents and liaising with airport authorities and relevant agencies.
* Maintaining and updating essential company manuals and flight operation documentation.
* Generating comprehensive monthly reports to ensure operational transparency.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA), D3, or S1 degree.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience within the aviation industry.
3. Certification: Must possess an active Flight Operation Officer (FOO) License.
4. Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and fluency in the English language.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts and readiness to be stationed across our flight network, with specific focus on Tanjung Pandan (TJQ), Palembang (PLM), and Jayapura (DJJ).
