## The Star Energy Geothermal Technical Trainee Program
We are officially opening applications for the 2026 Technical Trainee Program. This intensive 12–24 month development roadmap is meticulously designed to mold the next generation of geothermal experts. Participants will gain comprehensive industry knowledge through a blend of:
