1. Staff Internal Sales
* Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, prepare accurate sales quotations and invoices, maintain system data, and support the external sales team with administrative operations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; at least 1 year of relevant sales administration experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
2. Staff Continuous Improvement
* Key Responsibilities: Implement Kaizen, Lean, and 5S programs; analyze production processes to boost efficiency; and lead problem-solving initiatives using PDCA and Root Cause Analysis.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; 1 year of manufacturing experience; familiarity with 7 QC tools and Lean concepts.
3. Staff People Development
* Key Responsibilities: Manage competency matrices, analyze training outcomes, oversee KPI tracking, and support the development of learning initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management; strong analytical skills; proficiency in LMS and MS Excel; ability to drive talent development strategies.
4. Production Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee shift-based production to ensure quality and delivery targets are met, coordinate teams, and maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and safety (K3) standards.
* Requirements: Engineering degree; 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; expertise in TPM, Lean, 5S, and IATF 16949/ISO 9001.
