## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required for all candidates. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
* Educational Background:
* Plantation Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Engineering, Management, or related fields.
* HR Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, Communication Science, or related fields.
* Infrastructure Project & Maintenance Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

* Flexibility: All successful candidates must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational locations.
