1. Sales Staff (Subject: HO_StafPenjualan)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably Marketing Management (Min. GPA 3.00).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably within the surveyor, mining, or banking sectors.
* Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, target-oriented, and confident.
* Language: Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
2. Accounting & Tax Section Head (Subject: HO_Kepalaseksiakun&pajak)
* Requirements: Male, max 35 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (Min. GPA 3.00).
* Experience: 3 years in accounting/taxation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Certification: Must hold Brevet A & B certificates.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, tax systems, and team leadership.
3. Surveyor - Berau, Samarinda, Kendari (Subject: Location Code_SURVEYOR)
* Education: S1 in Geological, Geodetic, Mining, or Naval Engineering.
* Profile: Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1 year of experience is preferred.
* Competencies: Understanding of ISO/IEC 17020, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Note: Candidates must be domiciled in the respective region and possess valid Covid-19 vaccination status.
4. UWK Analyst - Kendari (Subject: KDI_Analis)
* Education: D3 in Chemical Analysis (min. 2 years experience) or S1 in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry (fresh graduate to 1 year experience).
* Competencies: Familiarity with coal/nickel analysis and ISO 17025.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and undergo on-site project assignments.
5. Project Management (Subject: HO-PMOPS)
* Education: S1 in Engineering (Geology, Mining, Geodesy, Naval, Industrial, Metallurgy) or Science (Biology/Chemistry).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years, ideally as a technical sales professional in the mining or green energy sector.
* Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, technical communication, and adaptability to new industry trends.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel or relocate domestically and internationally.
