Core Responsibilities
* Picking: Execute product picking processes with speed and precision, strictly adhering to system-generated timelines.
* Sorting: Systematically organize and place items into designated sorting racks to facilitate efficient downstream processing.
* Quality Assurance (Checker): Conduct thorough inspections of goods to ensure items are in pristine condition and fully prepared for the next stage of the supply chain.
* Packing: Securely pack products to ensure maximum safety and protection throughout the delivery journey.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Warehouse Operator (Daily Worker) position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with at least one year of relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of picking, sorting, checking, and packing procedures is a significant advantage.
