## About the Unit Head Development Program (UHDP)
The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) is a specialized management trainee initiative designed for the Factory division. This program offers a fast-track career path, encompassing a two-year service bond for successful candidates who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities within the manufacturing sector.
## Available Positions and Qualifications
PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya is inviting motivated individuals to apply for the following specialized roles. All positions require a minimum GPA of 3.00. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, those with at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience will be prioritized.
1. Unit Head Development Program - Purchasing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Strong negotiation skills, a broad professional network, and exceptional communication abilities.
2. Unit Head Development Program - Production
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Proficiency in troubleshooting and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), active organizational background, and the flexibility to work in shift patterns.
3. Unit Head Development Program - Packaging
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, troubleshooting proficiency, and availability to work across a 3-shift rotation system.
4. Unit Head Development Program - Engineering
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Expertise in equipment maintenance and repair, solid organizational experience, and the ability to work in a 3-shift rotation.
5. Unit Head Development Program - Water Resources
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Strong understanding of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations, fluency in English, active organizational involvement, and ability to work in a 3-shift system.
