## Position: Technical Trainer – Factory
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer to be based at our Secang facility in Central Java. This role is instrumental in maintaining our operational standards by fostering technical expertise across our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for upholding technical excellence through the following duties:
* Developing and executing comprehensive technical training programs tailored for factory personnel.
* Conducting hands-on training sessions focused on machinery, equipment, industrial maintenance, and complex factory technical processes.
* Evaluating the efficacy of training initiatives and assessing the resulting competency levels of all participants.
* Performing gap analysis to identify specific training needs and addressing technical shortcomings on the factory floor.
* Collaborating closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and other relevant departments to ensure organizational alignment.
* Monitoring and continuously improving technical training modules to reflect the latest manufacturing standards.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold at least a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Experience: Previous professional experience in technical training, maintenance, engineering, or production within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
* Knowledge: A solid grasp of production machinery, maintenance protocols, and factory operational processes is essential.
* Communication: Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
Operational Details
* Location: Secang, Central Java.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00) and Saturday (08:00 – 13:00). Please note that some training sessions or site activities may occasionally be scheduled on Sundays.
