## Career Opportunity: Junior WTP/WWTP Operator
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Junior WTP/WWTP Operator to join our operational team. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our water treatment processes and supporting the overall efficiency of our power generation units.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the daily operation and oversight of the facility’s water-related infrastructure. Key duties include:
* Operating and monitoring equipment within the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Makeup Water Plant, Electro-Chlorination Plant, and the Sea Water Intake Area.
* Coordinating closely with the WTP/WWTP Control Room to ensure real-time communication and operational alignment.
* Conducting routine inspections to ensure all systems function at peak performance and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
Professional Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skill sets:
* Education: A Diploma (D3) degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Conversion Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in power plant operations is preferred, though exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Foundational understanding of water treatment systems and industrial chemistry.
* Basic mechanical proficiency, including familiarity with bearing systems, hydraulic systems, and rotating equipment.
* General knowledge of Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and electrical systems.

* Competency in basic firefighting and first aid procedures.
