We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential to maintaining the operational efficiency of our internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely execution of HR administrative functions, including:
* Managing comprehensive HR administration, specifically focusing on attendance tracking and payroll processing.
* Generating accurate reports regarding employee leave, salaries, and attendance records.
* Data collection and processing to facilitate seamless payroll distribution.
* Overseeing compliance regarding foreign worker permits (TKA).
* Maintaining an up-to-date employee database, including managing onboarding and offboarding records in alignment with payroll cut-off dates.
Professional Requirements
To thrive in this role, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Management.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an expert-level command of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Canva for visual communication is considered a distinct advantage.
4. Soft Skills: A high sense of responsibility, strong initiative, and extreme attention to detail are mandatory requirements.
