## TAP Management Trainee Program (TMTP) 2026
We are officially launching our search for high-potential candidates to join the TAP Management Trainee Program 2026. This initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders through intensive training and hands-on experience in our diverse operational divisions.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure a successful application, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 or S1 degree from a reputable institution.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Recent graduates (current year) or those who graduated in the previous year are eligible to apply.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a 30-month (2.5-year) service agreement.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Kalimantan or Sumatra.

* Agronomy: Agronomy, Agribusiness, Agroecology, Palm Oil Processing, Forestry, Soil Science, Geography, Plant Pests & Diseases, Geodesy, and Geomatics Engineering.
* Sustainability: Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, Fire Safety, and Public Health (with a focus on K3).
* Infrastructure: Civil Engineering, Structural & Building Engineering, and Road & Bridge Engineering.
* Mill: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agrotechnology, and Palm Oil Processing.
* Workshop: Heavy Equipment Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
