As a General Affair & Environment Specialist, you will oversee essential facility services while ensuring adherence to strict environmental regulations.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Manage general support services including outsourcing personnel, drivers, cleaning staff, security, and shared facilities to guarantee seamless daily operations.
* Oversee building maintenance, company vehicles, sports complexes, and overall facility regulations.
* Assist the Regional General Affair team with property administration, infrastructure, permits, and improvement proposals.
* Monitor compliance with national environmental regulations and standards set by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK).
* Track and evaluate operational quality metrics including wastewater treatment (WWTP), emissions, ambient air quality, noise levels, and waste generation.
