## Position Overview: Staff Admin Shipment
The Staff Admin Shipment plays a vital role in ensuring our logistics and administrative processes run smoothly. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong technical skills to support our daily operations.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Specifically, candidates must be adept at utilizing VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other complex functions.
* Administrative Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and a highly organized approach to administrative workflows.
* Soft Skills: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective communication and coordination within a collaborative team environment.
* Operational Flexibility: Willingness to adhere to our operational schedule, which may include weekend shifts when necessary.
* Employment Terms: 5 working days per week with 2 days off.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to work at our facility in KITIC, Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi Regency.
* Availability: Must be available to join our team immediately.
