## Available Positions: Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)
We are looking for candidates who meet a minimum GPA requirement of 3.00. All roles for the December 2025 intake are based in Central Kalimantan.
Engineering & Technical Operations
1. Production & Mine Plan Engineer: Focused on mine planning, productivity calculations, geological data analysis, and sequencing.
Requirement:* Bachelor’s (S1) in Geological Engineering.
2. CPP Electrical Officer: Responsible for maintaining crushing plants, washing plants, weighbridges, and lab equipment.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
3. CPP Mechanical Officer: Dedicated to the maintenance of crushing, washing, and weighbridge infrastructure.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
4. Planning & Technical Officer: Oversees maintenance scheduling, spare part planning, and consumable inventory for the CPP area.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Mining or Mechanical Engineering.
Logistics, Systems, & Management Support
5. Information Communication Technology (ICT) Officer: Manages operational and technical IT support requirements.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Informatics Engineering.
6. Supply Management & Subcontractor Management Officer: Handles procurement, vendor relations, and supply chain efficiency.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Industrial Management, or Business Administration.
7. General Services Officer: Manages personnel needs, asset maintenance, procurement, and site services.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering.
8. Management Development Officer (MD Officer): Facilitates site management in strategic policy development, quality management systems, and organizational improvements.
Requirement:* Bachelor’s (S1) in Mining Engineering.
Environment, Safety, & Hauling
9. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer: Ensures compliance with mining safety standards and environmental regulations.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering, OHS (K3), or Civil Engineering.
10. Environment Officer: Manages land acquisition, site security, and environmental compliance.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering.
11. Hauling & ROM Management Officer: Oversees coal hauling production targets and road maintenance activities.
Requirement:* Diploma (D3) in Mining or Civil Engineering.
