Core Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Staff member, your contributions will encompass the full spectrum of talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process:
* Orchestrate the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent sourcing and meticulous candidate screening to facilitating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
* Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, premier job portals, social media platforms, professional networking events, and other innovative recruitment avenues.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and insightful interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
* Efficiently coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, optimizing the selection process.
* Strategically cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
* Provide invaluable support for various Human Resources initiatives and essential administrative tasks.
* Generate comprehensive recruitment reports and deliver regular, insightful updates on hiring progress to management.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology is a mandatory requirement.
* A minimum of two years of demonstrable experience within Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition functions.
* Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Extensive experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and comprehensive assessment techniques.
* Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective interactions at all levels.
* A proactive, meticulous, and highly organized approach, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* The capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively as an integral part of a cohesive team.
* Prior experience gained within a headhunting or recruitment agency will be considered a distinct advantage.
