## Role Overview: Quality Control (QC) Operator
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operator to oversee the production line. In this role, you will be the primary guardian of our brand’s integrity, ensuring every product meets rigorous safety, quality, and halal compliance standards before it leaves our facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring and maintaining quality control parameters within the production line.
* Ensuring total compliance with food safety regulations.
* Verifying that all production processes adhere strictly to halal certifications.
* Conducting routine inspections to prevent defects and maintain product consistency.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: High School graduates (SMAK) or degree holders (D3/S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (MIPA), Agriculture, or Food Technology.
* Professional Experience: Candidates with prior experience in FMCG quality control are highly preferred. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SJH (Halal Assurance System), and HACCP is a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Personal Attributes: We value individuals who are disciplined, meticulous, honest, and responsible. A strong desire to learn, effective communication skills, and physical stamina for demanding operational environments are essential.
## General Employment Conditions

1. Physical Health: Excellent physical and mental health; must not be colorblind.
2. Location: Applicants should ideally reside in the Palembang or Banyuasin regions.
3. Flexibility: Must be fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
