## Entry-Level Trainee Programs
We are seeking dedicated candidates for our comprehensive apprenticeship and training programs. These roles are designed for individuals under 26 years of age who possess a proactive mindset, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
* Trainee – Crane Truck Operator: Focuses on material handling, plant maintenance support, and heavy equipment operation within the processing plant.
* Trainee – Rigger/Scaffolder: Develops essential skills in rigging, scaffolding, and structural support for plant maintenance and modification.
* Trainee – Condition Monitoring: Designed for candidates with a mechanical or electrical background to learn data collection and equipment reliability analysis.
* Trainee – Boilermaker/Welder: Offers hands-on training in welding (TIG, MMAW, MIG/FCAW) and specialized fabrication for plant maintenance.
* Trainee – Electrical & Instrumentation: Trains future technicians in the maintenance, service, and installation of complex electrical systems.
* Trainee – Mechanical Trades: Prepares candidates to become skilled mechanics, supporting mechanical reliability and plant efficiency.
Trainee Qualifications
* Educational background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or Technical Vocational School (SMK), with a preference for Polytechnic graduates.
* Age limit: Maximum 26 years.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Soft Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, commitment to safety procedures, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Note:* Specific certifications (such as welding certificates for Boilermakers or SIM B1 for Crane Operators) are highly prioritized.
## Professional & Supervisory Roles
We are also seeking experienced professionals to take on leadership and administrative responsibilities within our various departments.
1. Supervisor – Recruitment
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Law with 3+ years of experience. Must hold a BNSP Supervisor – Recruitment and Selection certification.
* Key Skills: Expertise in psychological assessment tools, labor law compliance, and strong leadership/negotiation abilities.
2. Officer – Administration 1 (ARO)
* Requirements: Senior High School diploma (or equivalent) with 1+ year of experience in safety and operations.
* Key Skills: Must hold K3 General and ARO (Aeronautical Radio Operator) certifications. Proficiency in English is required.
3. Junior Supervisor – Project Development
* Requirements: Minimum Senior High School diploma; Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering preferred. 5+ years of mining industry experience.
* Key Skills: Expertise in civil earthworks, dam construction, and infrastructure installation (geomembranes, HDPE pipes, culverts).
4. Senior Supervisor – Permitting & Compliance (Technical)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering with at least 10 years of industry experience.
* Key Skills: Deep knowledge of technical mining regulations, permitting procedures, and government compliance. This role is based in Jakarta and requires excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
