## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team continues to deliver excellence, we are looking for candidates who possess the right blend of technical expertise and industry experience. Preferred applicants will meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Industry Experience: Proven experience within HPH (Forest Concession) industries, HPH contractors, mining, or logging sectors is highly preferred.
* Mobility: Must be fully prepared and willing to work in remote site locations.
* Specialized Skills:
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required for management positions (Roles 1–3).
* Proficiency in network engineering (VSAT), hardware support, software installation, and troubleshooting is required for IT staff (Role 5).
* Location: Successful candidates will be based in Puruk Cahu, Central Kalimantan.
