The Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) serves as a vital government pillar responsible for managing regional information, enhancing digital literacy, and developing robust technological infrastructure. To support our ongoing efforts in statistical data collection—specifically for the 2025 Household Consumption Cost Survey—we are officially opening recruitment for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Statistical Enumerators (Field Surveyors).
## Position Details and Key Responsibilities
We are currently seeking 20 dedicated professionals to fill the role of Statistical Enumerator/Field Surveyor. This position is open to candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any academic discipline.
Successful candidates will be tasked with gathering accurate household consumption data, working both independently and collaboratively within team structures, and meeting strict project deadlines in the field.
## General Eligibility Criteria
To ensure the integrity and quality of our data collection process, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Citizenship and Values: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) committed to the national values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
* Employment Status: Must not currently hold a position as a civil servant (PNS), government employee with a work agreement (PPPK), or military/police personnel (TNI/Polri).
* Professionalism: Possess excellent communication skills, high integrity, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
* Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to target-based schedules.
* Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle for field travel.
* Health: Maintain sound physical and mental health.
## Specific Requirements
* Age Limit: Applicants must be a maximum of 35 years old as of December 31, 2025.
* Residency: Priority is given to individuals residing in the specific sub-district (Kecamatan) being surveyed.
* Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who provide proof of previous field experience via a Certificate of Employment or a comprehensive portfolio.
## Administrative Application Requirements
Applicants must prepare a formal application letter addressed to the Head of the Department of Communication and Informatics of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The letter must be typed in Arial (size 12, 1.5 line spacing) and signed over a Rp 10,000 stamp duty.
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV): Including personal identity, educational history, employment experience, and training credentials.
2. Statement Letter: A formal declaration expressing willingness to be placed and work within the assigned sub-district.
3. Academic Credentials: Scanned copies of the final diploma and academic transcript, verified by the authorized institution.
4. Identification: Scanned copy of the National Identity Card (KTP).

Note: Once selected, candidates must provide a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK), a drug-free certificate, and an NPWP tax identification number.
## Selection Timeline and Process
The recruitment process will be conducted in three distinct stages:

* Registration opens on February 4, 2025, at 10:00 WITA and concludes on February 7, 2025, at 15:00 WITA.
