## Role Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing facility, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and safely. You will be responsible for upholding our quality standards through precise execution and machine operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Execution: Carry out daily manufacturing processes in strict accordance with established work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures.
* Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and production tools, following all provided technical training and safety guidelines.
* Quality Adherence: Monitor outputs to ensure all products meet the rigorous quality control benchmarks set by the company.
* Process Maintenance: Report any technical discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately to ensure continuous production flow.
