## Available Management Trainee (MT+) Tracks
We are currently seeking talented individuals to specialize in the following critical departments:

* Production Planning (PPIC): Oversee strategic scheduling and resource allocation to meet international production demands.

## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our continued success, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate excellence, resilience, and a forward-thinking mindset. Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Possession of a degree from a reputable or Top 10 university.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a staff, specialist, or leadership role within Production, PPIC, or Finance departments, specifically within a manufacturing setting.
3. Industry Exposure: Direct experience within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or food manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous.
4. Soft Skills: Must possess a resilient character, the ability to adapt quickly to new environments, and a drive to solve complex problems through innovative, critical thinking.
5. Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English—both written and spoken—is mandatory, as all recruitment interviews will be conducted entirely in English.
