## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are searching for an experienced legal professional to manage our industrial relations portfolio, ensuring harmonious workplace dynamics and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Oversee union relations and foster positive employee relations across the organization.
* Draft comprehensive legal opinions and robust legal standings.
* Draft, review, and negotiate various Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Handle external relations and liaise effectively with government bodies such as the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Relation Staff member within the manufacturing sector.
* Possession of an advocate certificate is considered a distinct advantage.
* Willingness to be based at our Plant in Gempol, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Comprehensive understanding of litigation and non-litigation procedures.
* Proven ability to formulate accurate legal opinions and standings.

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance professional to uphold our stringent product safety standards and manage our internal auditing systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and execute annual internal audit plans alongside comprehensive internal audit risk assessments.
* Compile and recapitulate monthly and quarterly internal audit results.
* Coordinate closely with relevant departments to resolve internal audit findings.
* Conduct rigorous internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to corporate product safety policies.
* Provide essential support during pre-external audit inspections and certifications.
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
* Exhibit professional fluency in English, both verbal and written.
* Bring at least 2 years of proven experience working in QA Internal Audit within a manufacturing environment.
* Prepared to work on-site at our Plant in Pandaan, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* In-depth knowledge of Internal Audit standards based on ISO 19001:2015.
* Familiarity with global quality frameworks including BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
