## Available Positions and Requirements
1. Medical Records Staff (Yogyakarta)
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in Medical Records; preference given to those with hospital administration or BPJS Kesehatan experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) is required.
* Key Skills: Data entry and patient information management, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict data confidentiality.
* Requirements: CV, latest diploma, portfolio (if available), and a formal photograph.
2. Technician (Jakarta & Lamongan)
* Qualifications: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) in a technical field. At least one year of experience is preferred.
* Key Skills: Troubleshooting CCTV systems, RFID technology, hardware/software maintenance, basic networking, and low-voltage electrical/mechanical systems.
* Requirements: CV, diploma, valid SKCK, competency certificates, active driving license (SIM A/C), health certificate, and recent photo.
3. Cleaning Service Personnel (Semarang & Jakarta)
* Cleaning Service Officer: Open to fresh graduates or experienced applicants (SMA/SMK).
* Team Leader (Cleaning Service): Requires at least one year of experience in a leadership capacity.
* High Rise Cleaner (Semarang): Requires a minimum of one year of experience and an active license for working at heights (TKPK).
* Requirements: CV, KTP, Family Card (KK), and latest diploma.
4. Security Guard (Merauke)
* Qualifications: Must possess a valid Gada Pratama certificate and a current Security ID (KTA). Willingness to work in shifts. Female applicants are preferred for the BPJS Kesehatan Merauke office placement.
* Requirements: CV, valid SKCK, KTP, diploma, and active Gada Pratama/KTA documentation.
5. Admin Officer (Lamongan)
* Qualifications: Minimum SMA/SMK education; at least one year of experience in parking administration. Must be proficient in MS Office and capable of managing data reports and financial records.
* Requirements: CV/Portfolio, KK, KTP, diploma, active SKCK, active driving license (SIM A/C), health/drug-free certificate, and recent photo.
6. Gate Attendant - Daily Worker (Jakarta)
* Qualifications: Open to high school graduates (SMA/SMK) who are eager to learn.
* Requirements: CV, KTP, and a valid SKCK.
