To support our continued growth and operational excellence, we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff member to join our professional team in Cakung, East Jakarta.
## Role Overview: Accounting Staff
As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our company. You will be responsible for precise record-keeping, analytical reporting, and ensuring that our accounting databases remain accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
* Journal Management: Oversee the accurate recording of all daily purchase and sales journals.
* Inventory and Cash Audits: Conduct routine stock opnames and cash opnames to ensure consistency between physical assets and financial records.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and perform in-depth analysis of monthly financial statements with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
* Transaction Verification: Thoroughly audit and inspect all financial transactions to maintain compliance and transparency.
* Database Oversight: Manage and secure the company’s accounting database systems.
* Financial Administration: Handle additional accounting and finance-related tasks as required by company management.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical capabilities, high integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in a retail or minimarket environment is highly preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the Accurate accounting software is mandatory.
* Foundational Knowledge: A deep understanding of core accounting principles and standard operating procedures.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of honesty, meticulous attention to detail, agility, and strong self-discipline.
* Collaboration: Excellent ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and as a cooperative team player.
* Mobility: Must be willing to travel to regional locations if the company’s operational requirements demand it.
* Location: The position is based in Cakung, East Jakarta.
