## Warehouse Admin Job Description
As a Warehouse Admin at Anvita, you will serve a critical function in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics network. Your core daily responsibilities will include:
* Inventory Management: Input, monitor, and update incoming and outgoing stock data with precision while conducting routine stock opcodes and cycle counts to guarantee availability.
* Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, organize, and manage comprehensive warehouse reports, shipping paperwork, and compliance documentation.
* Compliance Assurance: Strictly enforce and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), quality control, and general warehouse compliance procedures.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with related departments to synchronize daily operational activities seamlessly.
* System Operations: Leverage advanced warehouse and ERP systems—such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics—to maintain absolute data accuracy across all logistical workflows.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this fast-paced role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
* Industry Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry, backed by a robust understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains and warehousing principles.
* Technical Expertise:
* Comprehensive knowledge of material handling procedures (receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping) strictly adhering to GMP/CPOB corridors regulated by the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
* Familiarity with specialized equipment utilized in pharmaceutical manufacturing and standard industry processes.
* Software and Language Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong professional English communication skills.
