## Open Position: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our production team. The Field Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring our chemical processing plants operate at peak efficiency and safety.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Operate machinery and production equipment safely, strictly adhering to established operational standards and safety protocols.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor production outputs consistently, identifying any defects and determining if products require discarding or re-manufacturing.
* Documentation: Maintain precise daily records of production data and process parameters to facilitate detailed performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with inter-departmental teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
* Production Compliance: Follow rigorous guidelines to meet production schedules, volume targets, and cost-efficiency goals while minimizing waste and maintaining quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
