## About the Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
Our structured Supervisor Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of operational leaders. As a supervisor in training, you will be at the heartbeat of our manufacturing ecosystem, ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently met across every operating cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Oversight: Closely monitor and control manufacturing output throughout your assigned shift to guarantee that daily targets align seamlessly with organizational planning.
* Problem Solving & Optimization: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes related to production output, defect rates, and material waste, and implement swift corrective actions.
* Safety & 5S Implementation: Drive a culture of workplace safety by directing, monitoring, and actively enforcing safety protocols and 5S methodologies across your shift.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this rigorous yet rewarding path, candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; however, candidates with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on working experience in a production environment will be given priority.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities to manage and inspire shift teams effectively.
* Location: Currently residing in or fully willing to relocate to the Tangerang area.
* Work Arrangement: Fully prepared to work in rotating shifts and manage rolling off schedules.
