## Job Title: Production Operator (Lathe / Bubut)
As a Production Operator specializing in lathe operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high manufacturing standards, ensuring that every component meets rigorous technical specifications and client expectations.
Core Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
* Execute precise lathe machining processes strictly based on assigned Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Conduct thorough quality inspections on all finished turned components to guarantee dimensional accuracy.
* Perform daily pre-operational machine checks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
* Maintain, clean, and care for assigned machinery and secondary processing tools to prolong operational lifespan.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male candidates with a maximum age of 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Familiarity: Well-acquainted with Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems, alongside standard Job Order workflows.
* Tooling Knowledge: Proficient in selecting and utilizing appropriate lathe machine inserts and cutting tools.
* Blueprint Literacy: Capable of reading, interpreting, and executing complex technical drawings.
* Measurement Skills: Highly skilled in operating various precision measuring instruments.
* Preferred Skills: Demonstrated ability to create cycle programs and utilize Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software, specifically Mastercam, will be given a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Highly motivated, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and performs effectively under high-pressure environments.
* Health and Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* Work Location: Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
