## 1. Gold Financing Department Head
The Gold Financing Department Head is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of gold-related financial products, including gold pawning, installment plans, and Shariah bullion banking.
Core Responsibilities
* Strategic Development: Architect the product roadmap, conduct market benchmarking, and design competitive, compliant pricing models.
* Business Growth: Establish strategic partnerships within the gold ecosystem, including fintech firms and marketplaces, while leveraging digital channels for acquisition.
* Operational Integrity: Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, gold appraisal standards, and Shariah-compliant risk mitigation.
* Leadership: Manage and mentor a specialized team, setting individual and unit KPIs such as financing volume, yield, and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratios.
Qualifications and Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Shariah, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Islamic banking, multifinance, or pawn services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Shariah contracts (rahn, murabahah, ijarah*) and risk management.
* Certifications: Possession of Certified Gadai and Certified Risk Management (Level 1–3) is highly preferred.
* Mindset: A digital-first approach with the ability to integrate products into SuperApps and modern e-commerce platforms.
## 2. Customer Retention & Loyalty Department Head
This role is pivotal in managing the customer lifecycle, focusing on enhancing user engagement, maximizing cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring long-term loyalty for existing clients.
Core Responsibilities
* Lifecycle Management: Develop comprehensive strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention, incorporating Islamic values such as ZISWAF integration and Hajj/Umrah concierge services.
* Data-Driven Growth: Utilize analytics to create "next-best-offer" (NBO) strategies, identifying cross-sell opportunities for mortgage and payroll clients.
* Loyalty Platforms: Manage reward and cashback programs tailored to high-value segments (Priority, Prospera, and Affluent).
* Analytics & Oversight: Lead the team in monitoring Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and developing Early Warning Systems (EWS) to prevent customer attrition.
* Mentorship: Lead a team of engagement and data specialists, fostering an adaptive and tech-savvy working environment.
Qualifications and Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or Data Analytics.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years in consumer banking, CRM, or loyalty program management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Skill Set: Proven track record in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing, and utilizing CRM tools.
* Shariah Literacy: A strong grasp of Islamic banking principles and the ability to articulate Islamic customer value propositions.
