## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background
* For Engineering (Position 1) and Production (Position 2): Open to graduates holding a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mining, alongside Bachelor’s degree (S1) holders in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
* For Plant (Position 3): Open to applicants with a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as Bachelor’s degree (S1) holders in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
General Competencies
* Excellent physical and mental health, verified through medical screenings.
* Strong communication skills paired with a demonstrated capacity for leadership.
* Mandatory completion of the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccination.
* Preference given to candidates currently domiciled in East Kalimantan.
