## Job Vacancy: Warehouse Foreman
Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join the team as a Warehouse Foreman based in Medan.
Key Responsibilities and Scope
As a Warehouse Foreman, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient logistics flows, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Your leadership will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that Bungasari is known for across the industry.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of goods receiving, storage, dispatch processes, and inventory control.
* Methodologies & Administration: Proficiency in FIFO/FEFO principles, stock opname procedures, and general warehouse administration.
* Software Skills: Strong capability in Microsoft Excel. Prior experience utilizing ERP or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) will serve as a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
