Core Qualifications
To be considered for the Barista position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent). Applicants must have completed their studies and are not currently enrolled in school.
* Experience: Prior experience working as a barista in a coffee shop environment is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating commercial coffee machines.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a high degree of honesty, disciplined work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently both as a collaborative team player and as an independent professional.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Our baristas are the face of our brand. Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Crafting Quality Beverages: Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and non-coffee drinks to our specific quality standards.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Greeting customers with a warm, professional attitude and ensuring every visit is memorable.
3. Sales and Promotion: Actively engaging in up-selling and cross-selling promotions to enhance the customer experience and meet store targets.
4. Transaction Management: Managing the point-of-sale (POS) system to ensure accurate financial transactions.
5. Store Maintenance: Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the workstation and the entire outlet.

Cold N Brew is expanding rapidly, and we are currently hiring for our outlets across Indonesia. We are seeking candidates who are ready to be placed in the following regions:
* Central Java & DIY: Yogyakarta, Surakarta, Klaten, Salatiga, Sragen, Magelang, Tegal, Pekalongan, Semarang, and Purwokerto.
* East Java: Surabaya.
* Sumatra: Medan and Palembang.
* Sulawesi & Kalimantan: Makassar and Balikpapan.
