## Job Overview: Head of Engineering (Robotics)
The Head of Engineering (Robotics) will spearhead the enhancement, innovation, and autonomous maintenance of advanced robotic systems. This strategic position demands a proactive leader capable of driving departmental productivity while strictly maintaining operational schedules and workplace regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* System Innovation & Maintenance: Drive autonomous maintenance protocols while continuously developing and innovating robotic manufacturing systems.
* Team Leadership & Discipline: Oversee departmental discipline, boost productivity, and ensure full compliance with internal company policies and standard operating procedures.
* Operational Execution: Guarantee that all engineering workflows align seamlessly with strategic production plans and meet strict delivery timelines.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Gender & Experience: Male candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience within a robotics engineering division are strongly preferred.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of robotics, utility systems, and international standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3LH), and 5S methodologies.
