## Job Overview: General Affair Staff
Cikarang Dry Port is seeking a dedicated professional to join the team as a General Affair Staff. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining day-to-day facility readiness, ensuring administrative compliance, and supporting the overarching productivity of the workforce.
The daily scope of work is dynamically divided between fieldwork and administrative duties to ensure all office and operational environments run without a hitch:
* Field Operations (40%): Overseeing facilities, monitoring office and yard cleanliness, and ensuring that all company assets are in ready-to-use condition.
* Administrative Management (60%): Handling vendor invoices, tracking office supplies and uniforms to maintain ready-stock levels, and managing work agreement renewals.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic logistics environment, candidates must meet specific academic, experiential, and behavioral criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a General Affair or related operational role.
* Geographical Preference: Candidates domiciled in Cikarang, Bekasi, or Karawang are strongly preferred.
