## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Organizational & People Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving high performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with the News and Programming Directorates to ensure our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving demands of the media industry.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Performance Management Oversight: Monitoring the end-to-end performance management process for the News and Programming divisions.
* KPI Development: Collaborating with department heads to establish and refine Key Performance Indicators that drive excellence.
* Organizational Integration: Working cross-functionally to integrate organizational development initiatives throughout the company.
* Structural Optimization: Developing and updating organizational structures to align with our long-term strategic goals.
* Employee Program Design: Partnering with leadership to create and implement impactful employee engagement and development programs.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and communicative professional who is passionate about people development. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field from a reputable institution.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a Training Specialist or dedicated Learning & Development role.
* Functional Expertise: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design end-to-end learning modules.
* Conceptual Knowledge: A deep understanding of organizational behavior, corporate culture, and modern leadership development principles.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for data analysis and the creation of high-quality training materials.
* Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to evaluating learning metrics and providing actionable insights to improve performance.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and non-verbal communication abilities, complemented by strong facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
