## Job Vacancy: Waste Management Operator (Forklift)
PT Daikin Industries Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and qualified candidate to fill the position of Waste Management Operator (Forklift). If you possess the right operational expertise and safety mindset, this role offers a vital function within our expanding manufacturing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Waste Handling & Storage: Execute proper management and storage procedures for both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in strict compliance with safety guidelines and material characteristics.
* Inventory Tracking: Monitor and record incoming and outgoing waste within the Temporary Waste Storage (TPS) facility, which includes verifying quantities, material types, and transport documentation completeness.
* Facility Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and tidiness across the TPS area, ensuring proper drum arrangement, accurate waste labeling, and optimal facility upkeep.
* Reporting: Compile and submit regular waste management reports to supervisors and relevant departments to support internal audits and external compliance needs.
Candidate Qualifications
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) from any major.
Certification: Must hold a valid and active Forklift License (Surat Izin Operasi* / SIO).
* Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, data processing, and generating waste reports.
* Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous when tracking waste movement, verifying types, quantities, and transport paperwork.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of sorting, labeling, storing, and handling protocols for both hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
* Safety Awareness: Well-versed in basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, environmental protection, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilization, and facility sanitation.
