## Job Responsibilities for Staff Store
As an integral part of the warehouse and logistics division, the chosen candidate will manage daily inventory operations efficiently. The primary duties include:
* Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and process all incoming material transactions accurately.
* Outbound Logistics: Handle outgoing material transactions smoothly to meet operational demands.
* Documentation: Prepare, process, and manage delivery notes with high precision.
* Inventory Audits: Assist actively in weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) procedures.
* Record Keeping: File and maintain physical and digital documents in a neat, organized, and easily retrievable manner.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a closely related discipline.

* Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in utilizing SAP software and Microsoft Excel.
* Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method and comprehensive document control processes.
* Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to guide and collaborate effectively within the team.
