## 1. Warehouse Admin
As a Warehouse Admin, you will play a vital role in maintaining seamless logistical operations and ensuring inventory accuracy across the facility.
Core Responsibilities
* Oversee and execute daily administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
* Manage the systematic receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in strict alignment with corporate quality standards.
* Monitor inventory flow to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree holder from any academic major.
* At least 1 year of hands-on working experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Capable of generating comprehensive daily reports.
* Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in recording stock movements and inventory data.
## 2. Quality Control (QC) Staff
The Quality Control Staff member is responsible for upholding the highest standards of product excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough In-Process Control (IPC) inspections during active production cycles.
* Perform rigorous quality assessments on finished goods prior to distribution.
* Execute stability testing and analysis on various product batches.
* Inspect and analyze incoming raw materials as well as packaging supplies to verify quality compliance.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate from any major.
* Demonstrated prior experience working as a QC analyst or quality inspector.
