## Position Overview: Registration Staff
We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registration Staff member to manage our product compliance workflows. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and regulatory authorities, ensuring every product we create meets the highest legal and safety standards before reaching the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Meticulously compile and prepare comprehensive registration dossiers for newly developed products, upcoming product renewals, and necessary administrative variations.
* Regulatory Submissions: Seamlessly navigate the submission process, ensuring all documentation is delivered to the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) in strict accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
* Archive Maintenance: Organize, manage, and systematically document all approved product files to guarantee effortless auditing and institutional memory.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on professional experience handling regulatory registrations within the cosmetic or related manufacturing sector.
* BPOM Expertise: Demonstrated fluency and confidence in processing applications and communicating with BPOM regarding cosmetic notifications.
* Geographical Preference: Candidates residing in Tangerang and surrounding areas will be given primary consideration.
* Halal Assurance Knowledge: Familiarity with halal certification procedures and assurance systems will serve as a distinct competitive advantage.
