## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are seeking talented individuals for the following roles based in Batam, Jakarta, and Banjarmasin.
Shipyard Operations (Batam, Riau Islands)
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gantry Crane Operator in a shipyard.
* Must possess an active Certificate and SIO (Operator License).
* Proficient in lifting, moving, launching, delivery, docking, and undocking processes.
* Commitment to 5S methodology and workplace safety standards.
* Must be a resident of Batam.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gantry Crane Helper in a shipyard.
* Must possess an active Certificate and SIO.
* Familiarity with standard shipyard lifting and launching operations.
* Strong focus on 5S and safety compliance.
* Must be a resident of Batam.
* Proven experience as a Head Crane Operator.
* Capable of handling materials for machine unit processes.
* Must hold an active Certificate and SIO.
* Dedicated to maintaining 5S and safety protocols.
* Must be a resident of Batam.
Quality Control & Supervision (Batam, Riau Islands)
* Minimum D3 degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture/Marine Systems preferred).
* At least 2 years of experience in shipyard QC Hull & Outfitting.
* Skilled in inspecting welding results.
* Must hold NDT, WI, and WE certifications.
* Capable of creating weekly progress reports and maintaining 5S standards.
* Minimum D3 degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture/Marine Systems preferred).
* At least 2 years of experience in shipyard QC Piping & Mechanic.
* Proficient in welding inspection and reporting.
* Must hold NDT, WI, and WE certifications.
* Minimum D3 degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture/Marine Systems preferred).
* 3+ years of supervisory experience in shipyard hull and outfitting.
* Expertise in supervising new builds, scheduling, and coordinating with project teams, OS, Class, and subcontractors.
* Responsible for PICA reports and weekly progress updates.
Technical & Logistics Support (Jakarta & Banjarmasin)
* D3 degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Systems.
* Responsible for managing warranty claim processes.
* Experience in periodic reporting, documentation, service coordination, and onboard inspections.
* Strong analytical skills regarding vessel damage assessment.
* Minimum D3 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Engineering.
* At least 3 years of experience in the K3 field.
* Mandatory AK3 General Certification.
* Experienced in conducting new employee inductions, safety patrols, JSA, PICA, and leading safety meetings/training.
* Education: SMA/SMK/D3 (All majors).
* Minimum 1 year of warehousing experience.
* Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
* Must hold SIO for Forklift, Crane, and Truck operations.
* Excellent communication, agility, and teamwork skills.
