## Program Overview and Eligibility
The Yard Supervisor Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of maritime leadership. We are looking for highly motivated individuals ready to translate their academic knowledge into real-world operational success.
Application Requirements
To be considered for this career-defining opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Graduation Status: Fresh graduates who completed their studies in 2025 or 2026.
* Academic Background: Diploma (D3/D4) holders in relevant engineering disciplines.
* GPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Commitment: Willingness to be based in Batam for a mandatory minimum placement period of two years.
* Professional Status: Candidates must not be currently employed elsewhere and should not be enrolled in or awaiting admission to a master’s degree program.

* D4 Programs: Ship Design, Ship Machinery, Ship Electrical, Shipbuilding, Welding, Piping, Design and Manufacture, Instrumentation, Waste Treatment, and Occupational Safety and Health Engineering.
* D3 Programs: Shipbuilding, Ship Electrical, Ship Design and Construction, and Ship Machinery Engineering.
## Essential Guidelines for Tests and Interviews
Candidates selected for the onsite phase must arrive punctually in black-and-white professional attire. Please bring a blue pen and a brown envelope containing the following documents:
1. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
2. Personal photographs (3x4 cm with a blue background).
3. Copies of educational certificates and academic transcripts.
4. Copy of valid National Identity Card (KTP).
5. Copies of any relevant achievement certificates.
## The Hiring Timeline
