* Admin General Affairs: Oversee asset management, inventory tracking, and process optimization.
* Public Relations: Support media relations, digital content creation, and event management.
2. Engineering, ICT, and Digitalization
* Engineering: Focus on maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI), and spare part inventory management.
* HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment): Assist in maintaining ISO standards (45001/14001) and ensuring workplace safety compliance.
* Programmer: Develop applications using Laravel, implement UI/UX improvements, and handle data visualization via the Power Platform.
* Farm Data Digitalization (IT): Create and optimize farm data dashboards and manage system synchronization for agricultural field operations.
3. Research, Breeding, and Production
* Seed Technology Research: Study seed-borne diseases and manage seed health protocols.
* Production Research: Support agronomic protocols, specifically for watermelon cultivation and grafting.
* Quality Assurance: Refine germination techniques and optimize seed testing workflows.
* Breeding: Participate in tomato/eggplant hybridization, field trials, and biotechnology applications.
* Production Development Support: Execute variety trials, field observations, and documentation for product registration.
* Graphic Design: Create impactful visual communication materials for agricultural campaigns and training initiatives.
## General Requirements for Applicants
