* Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution workflows of fuel at designated customer sites.
* Inventory Control: Ensure fuel stock aligns precisely with operational demands while maintaining inventory levels strictly within safe boundaries.
* Data Reconciliation: Conduct thorough daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, recording, and reconciliation of fuel stocks.
* Facility Management: Oversee bulk storage tanks, which involves accurate volume measurement, rigorous product quality checks, and maintenance of storage infrastructure.
* Discrepancy Investigation: Identify and report stock variations (gains and losses) promptly while executing preliminary investigations into potential product loss.
* Process Supervision: Monitor fuel intake from suppliers and coordinate final distribution to end-users in strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
