## 1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administration role is pivotal to our business growth and project acquisition strategy. We are looking for an organized and meticulous professional to manage our bidding processes from inception to submission.
Key Responsibilities
* Document Preparation: Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documents tailored to specific project requirements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with various internal departments to ensure absolute completeness of all tender submissions.
* Deadline Management: Guarantee that all tender packages are submitted accurately, adhering strictly to procedural guidelines and strict deadlines.
* Tracking and Reporting: Monitor ongoing tender statuses, conduct necessary follow-ups, maintain an updated tender database, and support evaluation reports.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
