* Local residents of Bintan holding a valid Bintan ID card (KTP) are given primary preference.
2. Welder Operator
As a Welder Operator, you will be responsible for executing high-quality metal joining processes required for robust laboratory infrastructure. Precision and safety compliance are paramount in this role.
* Male applicant aged 35 years or younger.
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Automotive Engineering.

* Priority given to applicants currently residing in Bintan with a local ID card (KTP).
3. Electrical Production Operator
