## 1. Business Development / Sales Manager
As our Business Development and Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia. This high-impact position requires you to advise international clients, accelerate business expansion, and work in tandem with our domestic and overseas divisions. Ideal candidates possess exceptional interpersonal capabilities, bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, and a comprehensive understanding of the Indonesian corporate regulatory landscape.
Core Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Lead both virtual and face-to-face consultations, manage inquiry follow-ups, oversee proposal submissions, handle contract negotiations, and coordinate payment structures.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring, trust-based partnerships with clients, guaranteeing prompt, effective, and end-to-end support throughout their operational journey in Indonesia.
* Corporate Advisory: Guide foreign investors through the complexities of establishing a PT PMA (foreign-owned enterprise), securing business visas, arranging office leases, and managing ongoing compliance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal accounting division to ensure seamless service delivery for all managed accounts.
* International Coordination: Maintain consistent communication with business development counterparts in Singapore and China to align global strategies.
* Network Expansion: Establish strategic connections with local vendors, regulatory stakeholders, and business partners to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Revenue Generation: Identify, target, and convert high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multinational corporations into active clients.
* Branch Leadership: Direct the operational setup of the Jakarta office, ensuring all logistical and structural frameworks are ready for a flawless launch.

Candidate Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively assist our Chinese-speaking clientele.
* Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) for cross-border communication with international stakeholders.
* A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in sales, client advisory, or business development, ideally within the corporate services, immigration, or consultancy sectors.
* Working knowledge of Indonesian company incorporation laws (PT PMA), visa acquisition, and commercial real estate leasing.

## 2. Accounting and Tax Manager
As our Accounting and Tax Manager, you will direct all financial, accounting, and regulatory tax functions for both our internal group entities and our external client portfolio, which primarily consists of PT PMA structures. You will play a pivotal role in establishing operational workflows, leading team performance, and aligning with both local and international partners.

* Tax and Financial Oversight: Manage full-cycle accounting, monthly bookkeeping, regulatory tax filings, investor reporting, and compliance mandates for PT PMA clients.
* Group Accounting: Oversee internal financial operations for our Bali-based group entities.
* Strategic Partnerships: Coordinate with external legal counsels, tax advisors, and service providers to safeguard seamless client business operations.
* Banking Support: Assist foreign investors with corporate bank account setups and liaise directly with financial institutions.
* Process Optimization: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting and tax services to maintain exceptional service standards.
* Team Development: Handle staff recruitment, interviews, onboarding programs, and continuous training to cultivate a high-performing local team.
* Operational Support: Drive general business improvements and manage ad-hoc financial projects as directed by upper management.

Candidate Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant financial field.
* At least two years of professional experience in tax compliance, auditing, or corporate accounting, preferably within a consulting environment or corporate services firm.
* Sound familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting frameworks, and PT PMA compliance mandates.
* Strong English communication skills are essential for interacting with international team members and global clients.
