1. Management Trainee (MT)
Roles available in: Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, and Utility.
* Qualifications: D3 or S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to two years of manufacturing experience.
* Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, proven leadership potential, and an active history of organizational involvement.
* Attitude: Must demonstrate a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
2. Maintenance Operator
* Qualifications: D3 or S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with at least two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
* Competencies: Proficiency in maintenance protocols, effective problem-solving, and leadership aptitude.
3. Production Operator
* Qualifications: D3 or S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with two years of industry experience.
* Competencies: Demonstrated ability in organizational leadership and technical problem-solving.
4. Maintenance Supervisor
* Qualifications: D3 or S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
* Expertise: Deep understanding of textile machinery, Autonomous Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance systems.
* Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to oversee maintenance workflows.
5. General Affair Supervisor
* Qualifications: S1 degree in Law or Human Resource Management (MSDM).
* Experience: At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector.
* Requirements: Mastery of corporate licensing, familiarity with OSS and Proper systems, and a background in industrial relations.
* Preferences: Candidates holding ISO 9001:2015 and AK3U certifications will be prioritized.
