## Vacancy Details: Production Operator (Second Process)
We are looking for a skilled Production Operator to oversee our secondary manufacturing processes. This role is vital for maintaining the high standards of quality and precision that our clients expect.
Core Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate; applicants with a background in engineering are strongly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Production Operator.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
* Proficiency in utilizing precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
* Hands-on experience operating manual machinery, including lathes, milling machines, drilling, welding, and grinding equipment.
* Professional Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proactive mindset toward Kaizen and continuous process improvement.
* Work Commitment: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule and be based at our Delta Silicon 6 facility in Lippo Cikarang.
