## Position Overview: Manufacture Engineer Staff
Nanoland is currently seeking a dedicated Manufacture Engineer Staff to strengthen our production and technical teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and physical implementation, working closely with advanced hardware to support our cutting-edge manufacturing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our workshop and production floor, your daily tasks will encompass a diverse range of engineering duties:
* Hardware Assembly & Integration: Execute the precise assembly, installation, and integration of electronic components, with a strong emphasis on Arduino frameworks and microcontroller systems.
* Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous functional testing and proactive troubleshooting on both finished electronic products and early-stage prototypes.
* Production Support: Drive daily manufacturing activities to maximize workshop efficiency, ensure strict adherence to quality standards, and meet target delivery schedules.
* Maintenance & Inventory Oversight: Maintain workshop equipment in optimal working condition while monitoring the availability of critical electronic parts in the production zone.
* Technical Documentation: Draft accurate logs, comprehensive reports, and technical documentation detailing all assembly, testing, and repair procedures.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this exciting role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) in Electronic Engineering (Weak Current / Arus Lemah).
* Technical Competence: Demonstrate solid capabilities in Arduino programming and microcontroller module operation.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; however, candidates with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly will have a distinct advantage.
* Reading Schematics: Possess the ability to interpret and work with basic to intermediate electronic circuit schematics.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication abilities and a proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Work Ethic: Show a high level of discipline, acute attention to detail, strong personal commitment, and an eagerness to learn.
