## Job Role: Utility Operator
The company is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the Utility Operator position. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all factory support systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will need to manage several critical daily tasks, including:
* System Operations: Efficiently operate, monitor, and maintain essential utility facilities such as chillers, air conditioning systems, compressors, and water treatment systems.
* Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance protocols to maximize equipment lifespan, boost performance, and prevent unexpected downtime.
* Troubleshooting: Quickly identify operational bottlenecks, diagnose faults, and execute effective solutions.
* Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous daily operational records and draft comprehensive shift reports for management review.
* Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to company safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental regulations during all work activities.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Utility Operator opening, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum holding of a Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating as a Utility Operator. Candidates with a background in manufacturing environments will be given strong preference.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with production support systems, particularly compressors and chillers.
* Safety Awareness: A foundational understanding of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
* Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work within a scheduled shift system.
